The founder - Amaury Renard


Amaury – Mechanical engineer ex-corporate manager, now international coach and keynote speaker, he turns relentless pressure into poised leadership. His tools: breathwork, mindfulness, and silence honed in extreme environments. At the core of his methode: Observe. Practice. Expand.

corporate manager

Driven and high-achieving, he became Production Manager at Richemont at 27, then at Rolex, the peak he had pursued for years.
One day everything felt misaligned. He realized: life must revolve around core values and humanity, not just a career. He walked away.

Skydiving coach

Aged 28 – Left everything behind. Traveled the world, completed 1,000 skydives in a year, trained with the best, and eventually became one of them. Today: averages 750 jumps per year. He learned: extreme stress reveals how the mind really works – and he teaches people how to use it and navigate their emotions.

Meditation teacher

Aged 31 – Realized his own thoughts were the main barrier in his life.
Attended first silent meditation retreat in Asia. Core insight: “I am not my mind.” That unlocked real calm and emotional control. Spent months in silence training with lifelong practitioners. His view: “This should be taught at school.”

Freediving instructor

Aged 32 – Severe neck injury from indoor skydiving forced a full-year break (only walking and swimming allowed). His lifelong fear of deep water became the new challenge. Traveled to Egypt, lived and trained intensely with the world’s best freedivers. Four months later: -50m in the Red Sea.
Soon after: certified freediving instructor.

Mental coach

In 2022, growing feedback from clients and friends pushed him to create something new. He organized his first 5-day retreat: indoor skydiving, freediving, cold exposure, mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, and deep exchanges.
Participants signed up three times over — two made life-changing shifts.
This became the true launch of INNER: a method to build mental strength sustainably.
